You will receive an SMS with payment details when the spending transaction is conducted via the following channels:
- Electronic Data Capture (EDC)
- Merchant website (E-Commerce)
- Approval Code that a Merchant requests by phone

Changing your information/canceling K-mAlert Service
You can change your information or cancel the service at any KBank ATM using the following procedures:
Change mobile phone number:
You can change your registered mobile phone number through the following steps:
- Choose the menu option “Apply for/Update service/Donation to charity/Others”
- Choose “Apply for/Update mobile phone service”
- Choose “K-mAlert (receiving banking information through mobile phone)”
- Choose “Change mobile phone no.”
- Input the new phone number that you want to register, and press the “Correct” button
- Verify the mobile phone number and press the “Confirm” button
- Get the Transaction Record slip
- Customers will receive the SMS, “Your mobile phone number for K-mAlert service has been changed”, confirming the transaction.
Changing SMS language
You can change the SMS language into Thai or English through the following steps:
- Choose the menu option “Apply for/Update service/Donation to charity/Others”
- Choose “Apply for/Update mobile phone service”
- Choose “K-mAlert (receiving banking information through mobile phone)”
- Choose “Change SMS language”
- Choose Thai or English
Canceling SMS News
- Choose the menu option “Apply for/Update service/Donation to charity/Others”
- Choose “Apply for/Update mobile phone service”
- Choose “K-mAlert” (receiving banking information through mobile phone)”
- Choose “Cancel SMS News”
- Read the conditions for SMS News cancellation and press the “Confirm cancellation” button
- Get the Transaction Record slip Customers will receive the SMS, “Your SMS News cancellation is successful”, confirming the cancellation.
Canceling the K-mAlert service
- Choose the menu option “Apply for/Update service/Donation to charity/Others”
- Choose “Apply for/Update mobile phone service”
- Choose “K-mAlert (receiving banking information through mobile phone)”
- Choose “Cancel K-mAlert”
- Read the conditions for K-mAlert cancellation and press the “Confirm cancellation” button
- Get the Transaction Record slip
- Customers will receive the SMS, “Your K-mAlert service cancellation is successful”, confirming the cancellation.
Specifications of mobile phones for K-mAlert service
Any mobile phone under AIS, DTAC, True Move or Hutchison networks, either prepaid or postpaid, that has SMS application. |
