International Funds Transfer via K-Cyber Banking is a new form of funds transfer that offers service in both Thai and English, and customized platforms, as well as providing news under a world-class data security system to ensure greater convenience for our customers.

       International Funds Transfer via K-Cyber Banking allows customers to make online money transfers on their own, under a world-class data security system with superior convenience. You will no longer waste time going to a bank branch or Corporate&SME Service Center to transfer funds overseas.

       For the highest security, customers will be given two types of password, i.e., a Login Password entered along with User ID for logging in to the system, and a Security Password or OTP for making funds transfers, or for confirmation of any change in data of K-Cyber Banking or adding international accounts.
 
       The system, which offers service in both Thai and English for enhanced efficiency, allows you to make account inquiries and check the status of your funds transfer or international account addition. Completion of your international funds transfer will also be confirmed via e-mail.

Service Details
 Terms and Conditions of the Global Outward via K-Cyber Banking

 

1. The Bank shall not be liable for any error, delay, costs or damages arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Applicant, or any misinterpretation of any information provided by the Applicant. It is further agreed that the Bank shall not be liable for any error, delay, costs or damages arising from the performance or non-performance on the part of the beneficiary’s bank, the clearing system of the beneficiary’s bank or the clearing system of the country where the beneficiary’s bank is located.

2. The Applicant agrees to pay all commissions, fees, charges or expenses related to the transfer of money at the rate specified the Bank. However, all commissions, fees, charges or expenses incurred outside Thailand shall be borne by the beneficiary/receiver.

3. The Bank, its correspondent banks or agents shall not be liable for any delay, costs or damages caused by exchange rate fluctuations, laws, rules or regulations of the beneficiary’s bank or the country where the beneficiary’s bank is located.

4. Application for the same-day transfers shall be subject to the local business hours or transaction cut-off times of the correspondent bank or beneficiary’s bank. If the Bank receives the Application after its cut-off times, the Bank shall effect such transfer on the next business day.

5. If foreign banks charges that the Bank has collected are insufficient for payment in full to the foreign Bank, the Bank will collect additional charges as actually billed later. The Applicant agrees to authorize the Bank debiting the additional charges from the Applicant’s accounts held with the Bank immediately; and the Applicant also agrees all terms and conditions in item 7 subparagraph 2 apply mutatis mutandis.

6. In case where an outward money transfer in under limit, as specified by the Bank of Thailand (BOT), the sender certifies that the remitted amount on the transaction date is under the specified limit.

7. For Global Outward, the Bank will transfer money only if there are sufficient funds in the Applicant’s account to conduct the transaction. In cases where there are insufficient funds, or the account is frozen or confiscated by a court order or other competent authorities, the Applicant shall agree that the Bank shall not proceed with the Global Outward as instructed. In refraining from making the remittance, it shall not be deemed the Bank’s fault in any respect. The Applicant also agrees to take responsibility for all damages that may so arise. It is also the responsibility of the Applicant to check the account to ensure that there is sufficient balance for each transfer. The Applicant will inform the Bank immediately if the Applicant’s account is frozen or confiscated by court order or competent authorities. If the Applicant fails to inform the Bank of such an order, which results in the Bank transferring the money from the confiscated account in good faith and later incurs damage to the Bank or causes the Bank to be held responsible for the fund remittance to the court or the competent authorities, the Applicant shall be fully responsible for the damages incurred.  
     If the Applicant requests the Bank to proceed with the Global Outward, but the balance in the Applicant’s account is insufficient for making remittance per the Applicant’s instruction, the Bank reserves the right to decide whether to carry out the Global Outward at its own discretion, without prior consent from the Applicant. The Applicant also agrees that the Bank’s action shall be deemed as an agreement for apply exceed amount as the over-limit portions (O/D agreement) made between the Applicant and the Bank, and the Applicant shall take responsibility for the remitted funds as an O/D. The Applicant agrees to repay the principal on that O/D, together with accrued interest at the Bank’s effective rate.

8. If any mistake related to an Global Outward occurs with the Applicant, for whatever reason, the Applicant shall allow the Bank to reverse such action until it is completely correct and accurate, and shall also allow the Bank to deduct and/or transfer the funds from other accounts linked to K-Cyber Banking service and/or other relevant services without prior notice or consent from the Applicant and/or the account owner. The Bank shall inform the Applicant and/or the account owner of the account debiting immediately.

9. The Bank reserves the right to amend, add, change, or limit the services, and change fees or give priority to any services at the Bank’s own discretion, without prior notice. When the Applicant agrees to use any service, it shall be deemed that the Applicant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions for such service without submitting an application for the service and/or an application to amend/change the service to the Bank.
     Moreover, the Applicant agrees and acknowledges that any interest and/or exchange rate information provided via K- Cyber Banking and/or other systems of the Bank are subject to change at any time according to the economic situation and/or at the Bank’s own discretion. The Applicant agrees to be responsible to the Bank for any rates that may be changed in the future.

10. Any information that the Applicant receives from K- Cyber Banking service including foreign exchange rate, interest rate or any other information, is only preliminary, and the Bank shall not be bound by such information until the Bank issues a written confirmation.

11. In case of any mistakes and/or defects in the service system, such as computer or electrical system malfunction, or force majeure, and/or other factors out of the control of the Bank, the Bank shall not be responsible for such mistakes and/or defects and/or damages that have occurred or might occur.

12. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the service at any time, without giving reason or prior notice; and the Applicant hereby renounces the right to any compensation incurred from the termination of service by the Bank. The termination of the service shall not affect the rights of the Bank to demand that the Applicant completely fulfill their responsibility with the Bank.

13. If the Applicant conducts transaction via K- Cyber Banking for using Global Outward service, at any time, the Bank reserves the right to provide the service to the Applicant at the Bank’s own discretion.

14. When the Applicant changes their address, office location, telephone or fax number, the Applicant shall immediately inform the Bank, in writing.

15. In cases where a document or letter is sent by the Bank to the address and/or office location given to the Bank, it shall be deemed that the Applicant has been informed of the content in such documents or letters.

16. The Applicant agrees to be bound by and perform in accordance with rules and regulations, methods and procedures of the agreement for Global Outward via K- Cyber Banking under the terms and conditions contained herein and to be included in the future, including any handbook or documents related to Global Outward service which the Bank has submitted to the Applicant or shall announce in the future, which shall be regarded as a part of the terms and conditions of Global Outward service. If the Applicant does not act in accordance with rules and regulations, methods and procedures of the agreement, and causes any damage to the Bank, the Applicant agrees to be responsible for any damages incurred to the Bank, without any objection.

17. The Applicant hereby allows the Bank and KASIKORNBANKGROUP to use his/her information for the consideration of presenting products, services and special offers to the Applicants and/or for other purposes.

18. The Applicant hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Global Outward via K-Cyber Banking service will end within two years after the date of application. If the applicant wishes to continue using the service, renewal shall be made before the due date by following the condition as stipulated by the Bank, and it shall be deemed that the applicant shall be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

For use of international funds transfer service via K-Cyber Banking, KBank has established two types of password :

1. Login Password - used each time you wish to login to the K-Cyber Banking system
2. Security Password - OTP (One-Time Password) used to confirm the request for each financial transaction. The system will send you a 6-digit OTP and a 4-letter reference code via SMS to allow you to confirm your transactions / account movements and changes to your personal data.  You should enter the OTP within 6 minutes to confirm the transaction. If you do not confirm the request within the specified period, the system will resend a new OTP via SMS.

Note: PIN2 is not allowed for the use of this service.

K-Cyber Banking Customer Qualifications :


1. Must have a KBank Account
2. Must have a K-Cyber Banking Username*
3. Must have an e-mail address & mobile phone number

* One customer is allowed to have only one K-Cyber Banking User ID


Enrollment Steps :


1. Log in via K-Cyber Banking
2. Click “My Profile” in the menu and then select “International Account List”
3. Key in an OTP (One-Time Password) obtained from your mobile phone. And then click “Add International Account”
4. Fill out the application form as follows
     -  Details of sender
     -  Details of recipient
     -  Details of recipient’s bank
     -  Currency and transfer objective , then click “Accept”
5. Print out the application form to enclose with other required documents, sign and submit them at any KBank
    branch, at your convenience
6. You will be notified of online submission via the provided e-mail address


Remarks:
Upon submission of the application form, you will be informed of the approval result within the next 3 business days via the provided e-mail address.

 

 International Fund Transfer Steps :

1. Log in via K-Cyber Banking system
2. Select “International Funds Transfer” Menu: in Funds Transfer
3. Follow the steps that appear on screen for making an international funds transfer
4. Input OTP Number Obtained from your mobile for confirming the transaction
5. An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address in order to confirming the completion of international funds transfer
