Funds Transfer Services      4.1 Own Account Funds transfers: to transfer money between accounts in your own name; Current, Savings, and Loan accounts.      4.2 Other Account Funds Transfers: to transfer money from your Current or Savings accounts to other account that you have registered with K-Cyber banking service.     4.3 International Funds Transfer: to transfer money from Current or Saving accounts to international bank account that you have registered with K-Cyber banking service from 8.30 to 16.30 of business day.     4.4 Interbank Funds Transfers: to transfer money from your Current or Savings accounts to another bank account that you have registered with K-Cyber banking service in a variety of methods including:    Account crediting in Real Time (available 24 hours a day) : Receiving banks eligible for this service option include Bangkok Bank, Krung Thai Bank, Siam Commercial Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, United Overseas Bank, Thanachart Bank, Standard Chartered, Thai Military Bank, CIMB Thai Bank and Land and Houses Bank.   Transfer Fee:    - 25 Baht per transaction for amount less than or equal to 20,000 Baht.    - 35 Baht per transaction for amount greater than 20,000 Baht up to 50,000 Baht Urgent: (1 day) “Now” Transfer:      -If you submit transaction before 1.00 p.m. on business day, the Bank will deduct  the transaction amount and fee from your account immediately and your payee will  receive the money within the same day as the transfer date.     -If you submit transaction after the 1.00 p.m. on business day or anytime on bank  holiday, the Bank will deduct the transaction amount and fee from your account in  the morning of the next business day and your payee will receive the money within  the same day as when the Bank deducts money from your account. “Scheduled” Transfer: Scheduled transfer date must be set to business day only. The Bank will deduct the  transaction amount and fee from your account in the morning of scheduled transfer  date and your payee will receive the money within that scheduled transfer date. Normal: (2 days) The money will be deposited to the payee’s account on the second business day after the transfer date. Example: If you set a transaction date to be Friday, the money will be deposited to the payee’s account on next Tuesday (If there is no bank holiday except Saturday and Sunday). “Now” Transfer:     -If you submit transaction before 10.00 p.m. on business day, the Bank will deduct  the transaction amount and fee from your account immediately and your payee will  receive the money on the second business day after the transfer date.     -If you submit transaction after the 10.00 p.m. on business day or anytime on bank  holiday, the Bank will deduct the transaction amount and fee from your account in  the morning of the next business day and your payee will receive the money on the second business day after the Bank deducts money from your account. “Scheduled” Transfer: Scheduled transfer date must be set to business day only. The Bank will deduct the  transaction amount and fee from your account in the morning of scheduled transfer  date and your payee will receive the money on the second business day after the  scheduled transfer date. 5. Bill payment     Bills from utility companies and other participating merchants can be paid on a Direct Debit system. These payments can be made immediately the bills are submitted or at a later date as specified by you. 6. Support Languages Thai and English Password for K-Cyber Banking Service 1. Login Password – to be used each time you wish to login to K-Cyber Banking System. 2. Security Password – to be used to confirm requests to make financial transactions or change your profile. Two types of Security Password are      - PIN2 is used to confirm the request for financial transactions such as other funds transfer or for your profile changes such as adding/ deleting account or changing your contact address.     - OTP (One Time Password) is used to confirm the request for each financial transaction. The system will send you 6 digits OTP and 4 alphabets reference code via SMS.  You should fill out the OTP within 6 minutes. If you do not confirm the request within the specified period, the system will resend a new OTP. Remarks:     1. You can choose PIN2 or OTP for your security password by accessing to My Profile > Security Setting     2. In case that you forgot your Login Password or PIN2, please contact K-Contact Center at tel. 0 2888 8800 by yourself and ask for a new one. Your Profile Settings Own Account List: to add account (only Current and Savings account), please send all required documents via any local KBank branches within 5 business days after request to K-Cyber Banking service. The Bank will carry out the processing after receiving the documents. To unlink account, the account will be immediately removed after request to K-Cyber Banking service. Other Account List: to add/unlink other account, the account will be immediately active or removed after request to K-Cyber Banking service. Terms and Conditions for K-Cyber Banking Service

       This agreement is made between KASIKORNBANK Public Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “KBank”) and person to whom KBank has approved to use the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

1. KBank provides K-Cyber Banking Service only to a person of legal age.

2. The User must have an E-mail address and hold at least one current or savings account with KBank.

3. The User may view all Savings Account and Current Account information and personnel information 24 hours everyday, except Own Account Funds Transfer, Other Account Funds Transfer, Bill Payments and Add Account which can be done during the time periods as specified by KBank only. KBank reserves the right to alter the time period as KBank deems appropriate.

4. The User can make funds transfers to other account within KBank or make interbank funds transfers, bill payments for goods/services up to Baht 500,000 per day. However the User can extend the limits up to Baht 2,000,000 per day or limits that may be specified by KBank in the future. There is no limit to the number of transactions that may be conducted. With money transfers, KBank will debit the specified amount for transfer plus Bank fees from the User’s account and credit the transferred amount to the account which the User has specified.

5. The User will receive relevant notifications from KBank after each money transfer via K-Cyber Banking Service being made. An E-mail confirming the transaction will be sent to the User’s registered E-mail aside from the transaction being recorded for printing in one’s passbook.

6. After the User has obtained a Password (PIN) from KBank, the User must change it immediately. It is noted that the system will automatically require that the Password be replaced.

7. The User must safeguard their User ID, Password (PIN) and Security Password and must keep them confidential. In case of inoperable, lost or stolen PIN, the User should call K-Contact Center at Tel. 0 2888 8800, 24 hours a day, for assistance in canceling the previous Password and applying for a new one.

8. Any transaction that has been conducted via K-Cyber Banking Service initiated by the User or another person in his/her behalf (by using the User ID and Password) – including funds transfer, account adjustments including deleting/adding an account and changing the User contact information shall be regarded as complete and valid and the User agrees as if it were performed by the User himself/herself. In this event, the User shall be liable for the transactions so performed.

9. The User agrees to pay the K-Cyber Banking fees to KBank at the time and rate determined by KBank. KBank hereby reserves the rights to adjust these fees at any time as deemed appropriate, with prior notice. The User hereby authorizes KBank to immediately debit any service fee from their account held with KBank.

10. The User agrees and acknowledges if the User ID or Password has been cancelled or suspended when the User filled in wrong User ID or Password or other reasons. All schedule transactions that have been made will be suspended immediately. The User agrees not to ask for any compensation when the suspension is made.

      However, If the User wishes to cancel the suspend request, the User must complete the Change profile request form and send it to KBank along with the required documents via any local KBank branches or via fax/postal mail as specified by KBank. The User will be able to use the service when the User has given all required documents to KBank.

      After the Service is resumed, the system will automatically reprocess all the schedule transactions that have not been made.

11. In case the User wishes to cancel K-Cyber Banking Service, the User must complete the Change profile request form and send it to KBank along with the required documents via any  local KBank branches or via fax/postal mail as specified by KBank. KBank will process the request as soon as KBank received all required documents.

12. If the User finds any error in the Service, or if there is any reason to cancel the Service, the User shall promptly contact KBank via K-Contact Center at Tel. 0 2888 8800.

      After KBank has been notified by the User of the intention to cancel the Service, KBank will cancel the Service within a period specified by KBank. The User shall be liable for actions and transactions undertaken prior to the end of such period of cancellation. The User must inform KBank of the date, time, related parties, transaction amount and details, as well as any other information that KBank may request. KBank will investigate and amend any errors (where found) in compliance with governmental and/or Bank of Thailand’s regulations within 30 (Thirty) days after the date KBank receives all required information. KBank shall notify the User of the result of such investigation within 7 (Seven) days after the date KBank obtains the result; KBank reserves the right to ignore any request that is in contradiction to the rules and regulations of the government and/or Bank of Thailand. Moreover, if there is a loss wherein KBank is required to compensate the User, KBank shall credit that amount to the User’s account within 7 (Seven) days after the date KBank finds the error.

13. The User acknowledges that the Service and related operations – including service channels – provided by KBank are for the convenience of the User.  KBank agrees to be responsible for any damages arising out of the use of the Service if KBank fails to comply with the terms and conditions as specified herein, except where:
       13.1  The User has insufficient funds in the User’s account.
       13.2  The User has no credit line or the User’s credit line is revoked.
       13.3  Funds transfer and/or payment amount exceeds the User’s approved credit limit.
       13.4  The User is the party to pending litigation.
       13.5  KBank has already informed the User of a Service malfunction prior to, or while conducting funds transfer 
  or payment transaction.
       13.6  The User has entered the required information completely and correctly, and has confirmed the transfer
  and/or payment.
       13.7  The User has breached the conditions of agreement with KBank and/or there is a force majeure.
       13.8  KBank fails to comply with an instruction of cancellation notified by the User in accordance with the
  procedures and conditions of this agreement.

14. In case of conducting transaction caused by electronic tool (s) loss or stolen, the User agrees to be responsible for the amount transferred before KBank disable or suspend the Service including schedule transactions that have been made as specified by KBank.

       "Electronic tool (s)" means ATM card, Debit card, Credit card, Password, Magnetic stripe containing the program or any other electronic tool (s) that has been given by KBank to use as a tool to conduct funds transfer into or out of the account.

15. If any damage arises from equipment or tool(s) employed by the User, or due to mobile network system, KBank shall not be responsible for any loses to the User or the recipient.

16. If KBank is required to disclose financial information or transactions related to the use of the Service by any governmental or competent authorities per legal provisions, orders or regulations, the User agrees to allow KBank to disclose such information and/or if requested prepare any report on relevant information and/or financial transactions of the User for submission to those authorities.

17. KBank reserves the right to alter any terms or conditions stated herein as KBank deems appropriate, as well as the right to terminate the Service wholly or in part, or suspend providing the Service to any User at any time with prior notice to the User at least 30 (thirty) days in advance, or as required by law.

18. Any delay or omission of KBank in  exercising the rights under the law, or per any terms or conditions including those stated in the Service handbook or KBank’s IVR system, shall not be construed as  a waiver of such KBank’s rights, or as giving the User consent to perform any act.

19. Any correspondence, letter or notice sent by KBank to the User’s specified address shall be deemed to have been duly delivered; such address is considered valid. If the User changes its address, the User shall immediately inform KBank in writing of such change.

20. The User hereby authorizes KASIKORNBANK FINANCIAL CONGLOMERATE and any of KASIKORNBANK PCL.' s assignees to use the User’s information for the purpose of offering to the User its new/special products, services, special offers and/or for any other purposes.
