Required Documents
1. The certified Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Ministry of Commerce within 1 month
2. Photocopies each of Thai National ID Card held by an authorized company director/partner, Company
Administrator, Company Signatory#1 and Company Signatory#2. (or photocopies of Passport if the director
is foreigner)
3. Photocopies each of Household Registration Certificate held by an authorized company director/partner
(or photocopies of Work Permit if the director is foreigner)
4. In case of limited company, please enclose (copy) of the minutes of the meeting at which a resolution is adopted
to use the Service.
5. In case of limited partnership, please enclose photocopy of Taxpayer ID Card held by the partnership.
* Those documents must be clearly photocopied and certified as true user by signing the signature identical with
shown on the application. In any event, the Bank hereby reserves the right to return the documents to the applicant.
