by authorized persons of KBank certifying that information contained therein is correct and accurate and that KBank
will deliver to customers within the time-frame agreed upon the Custodian or Mutual Fund Supervisor agreement.
Fund Accounting Operation Management online service is intended solely for the convenience of KBank Fund Accounting Operation Management customers. Whereby the customers will receive formal reports containing information relating to Net Asset Value, Financial statements, including other reports required by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), signed by authorized persons of KBank certifying that information contained therein
is correct and accurate and that KBank will deliver to customers within the time-frame agreed upon the Fund Accounting Operation Management agreement.
