This service provides a hotline to answer all inquiries, solve problems and give advice to customers regarding their businesses. The topics available include accounting, finance, and KBank’s financial products and services, and this hotline service is available 24 hours a day.

Customers can select one of four languages to use this service, including Thai, English, Chinese and Japanese*.

Having completed an intense training program, K-BIZ staff are able to address all business-related inquiries. All customers will receive comprehensive and accurate answers or advice, in a timely manner.
