      Eligibility

      • Thai nationality
      • Natural or juristic person
      • Age: 20-75 years:
          -  65 years or under for customers who have never had a credit line with the Bank.
          -  75 years or under for customers who have had a credit line with the Bank.
      • Owner of a business in operation for at least three years.

       

       

       

      Choose the loan format best for you!

      Short-term (up to one year): Working capital with three options available:

      • O/D (overdraft): For customers with a current account using cheques for payment. Interest compounded and based on actual overdraft amount at the end of each month.
      • P/N (promissory note): Maturity – 30-180 days. Interest is not compounded.
      • L/I (letter of indemnity): A letter of indemnity guarantees L/I applicant’s compliance with the terms of a contractual agreement with the recipient of the L/I, whether domestic or foreign. Fees are up to 2.5 percent of loan amount


      Long-term loans (exceeding one year) for investments in fixed assets such as land, factories, commercial buildings, etc.

      • Borrower may choose a lump sum payout or to receive the amount in installments. Maximum term is five years and borrower repays in monthly or other periodic installments. Interest is not compounded and additional amounts may be requested based on the amount repaid.


       


      Required Documents


      Natural Person
        1.) Personal identification

           1.1) Copies of national ID cards of applicant, spouse, guarantor, and owner of collateral.
           1.2) Copies of house registration of applicant, spouse, guarantor, and owner of collateral.
           1.3) Copies of name change certificates (if any) of applicant, spouse, guarantor and owner of collateral.
           1.4) Copies of marriage and divorce certificates (if any) of applicant and death certificate (if any) of applicant’s spouse.
           1.5) Copy of commercial registration (if any).
           1.6) Copy of juristic person registration certificate and copy of objectives; both issued not more than 90 days prior to submission.
           1.7) Copy of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of juristic person or copy of partnership agreement.
           1.8) Copy of shareholder list issued not more than 90 days prior to submission.
           1.9) Letter of consent given to credit bureau to investigate applicant creditworthiness.


        2.) Collateral
           2.1) Land or land with buildings pledged as collateral
                   - Copies of title documents such as title deeds (including registration details on reverse side), No So-3 Ko (Certificate of Utilization), and Condominium Ownership.
                   - For purchase of land or land with buildings: sale and purchase agreement.
                   - For refinancing: mortgage agreement/memo of refinancing agreement.
                   - For construction: copies of construction permit or design/layout, construction agreement, quotation
                   - For estimates per construction drawing: Collateral survey meeting Bank criteria.
           2.2) Concession/leasehold or machinery/boat/ship pledged as collateral
                   - Copy of government or state enterprise concession contract/company leasehold or machinery/boat/ship registration.
           2.3) Deposit/bond/state enterprise debenture/mutual fund pledged as collateral
                   - Copy of deposit passbook or bond/state enterprise debenture/mutual fund passbook.

        3.) Account statements / trade-related documents / financial statements
           3.1) Account statements
                   - Statements issued by other financial institutions with entries for the past six months
                   - Statements showing installment payment details with other financial institutions for the past 12 months in case of default on payment, debt restructuring, or refinance.
           3.2) Trade-related bills and cases in which account statements do not reflect financial standing
                   - Sales memos, summaries of sales, monthly purchase orders for the past six months together with sample trade-related documents.
                  - Sales and purchase records (high value only) such as bills.
           3.3) Financial statements and other financial documents
                  - Financial statements submitted to the Revenue Department (including Balance Sheet, Statement of Income and Notes to Financial Statements) for the most recent year plus a two-year summary (all must have profits).
                  - If unable to submit financial statements for the latest year, tax payment documents should be submitted, for example Pho Pho 30 (VAT Registration), withholding tax certificates, documents showing lump sum tax payments, and Personal Income Certificates (P.N.D. 90, 91 per Section 50 bis).
                  - For refinancing or default on payment/debt restructuring: statements showing repayment details with other financial institutions over the past 12 months.
                  - Salary earners: monthly salary certification or monthly pay slips.
                  - Other financial documents may be submitted such as copy of deposit passbook, mutual fund passbook/bond, etc.
                  - Contractors: job contracts, backlog details.

       
      Juristic Person
         1.) Personal documents
            1.1) Copies of national ID cards of shareholders holding not less than 20 percent of shares, authorized signatories, and guarantors.
            1.2) Copies of house registrations of authorized signatories and guarantors.
            1.3) Copies of Name Change Certificates (if any) of applicant, spouse, guarantor and owner of collateral.
            1.4) Copy of applicant’s marriage or divorce certificate (if any), copy of death certificate (if any) of applicant’s spouse.
            1.5) Copy of Commercial Registration.
            1.6) Copy of juristic person registration certificate and copy of objectives (issued not more than 90 days prior to submission).
            1.7) Copy of Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association or copy of partnership agreement.
            1.8) Copy of shareholder list (issued not more than 90 days prior to submission).
            1.9) Letter of consent given to credit bureau for investigating creditworthiness of applicant.
          1.10) Minutes of meeting approving the use of collateral for loan application.
          1.11) In case a director’s property is pledged as collateral (said director must be an authorized signatory or shareholder holding at least a 30 percent share): submit copy of national ID card of said director.


         2.) Collateral
            2.1) Land or land with buildings pledged as collateral
                    - Copies of title documents such as title deeds (including registration details on reverse side), No So-3 Ko (Certificate of Utilization), and Condominium Ownership.
                    - For purchase of land or land with buildings: sale and purchase agreement.
