We wish to inform you of the recent phishing activities that involve sending fraudulent e-mail to random users stating that your account has problems or the Bank’s security has been upgraded and requires you to take some actions by clicking the link embedded in the e-mail, which then directs you to the fraudulent K-Cyber Banking website that looks identical to the real one. The fraudulent URL (website address) may or may not resemble KBank’s URL.
How to report phishing e-mail and website
1. Please forward the suspicious e-mail and website URL to firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
2. If you have entered any information at the fraudulent website, please immediately contact K-Contact Center at +66 2888 8800 (24 hours) to change Password or disable your account.
The Bank does not have a policy of sending you an e-mail that contains a link for you to click in order to access any system at the Bank or ask for any personal information. We wish to remind you once again that if you want to access K-Cyber Banking or any other systems at the Bank, you must manually type in www.kasikornbank.com or access the system from your favorite/bookmark link that you have created yourself.
We thank you for helping us to detect and prevent access to phishing website.
