Scope of Services

  • Supervise and monitorasset management company’s management to align with investment policy indicated in the prospectus.
  • Safekeeping the customer assets by segregatinge from bank’s assets
  • Settlement and clearing of securities and cash transactions
  • Daily reconciliation of customers’ assets net position against the records form the Thailand Securities Depository (TSD)
  • Semi-annual physical counting of customer’s certificate securities.
  • Corporate actions processing, i.e. dividend, interest payment, rights offering, capital increase, and other news. This is to accurately keep pace with all updated news in order to manage the investment plan more effectively.
  • Provide reporting through online web-based service, K-Agent & Securities Services, for customers to easily access, download, and use the data/information as and when needed with ultimate security system.
  • Provide other related products and services including Proxy Voting, Foreign Exchange, Tax Reclaim, etc.
