- Apply for the service via K-Contact Center Tel. 0 2888 8888 and press 3 and press 2
For Juristic person
Customer can apply for the service at KBank branch where you opened the account by filling out the request to the K-eMail Statement service and submitting required documents.
Required documents
For individual account No document is required.
For juristic person account Required documents:
1) A passbook (In case you apply for K-eMail Statementof savings deposit account)
2) A Company Affidavit of not less than 3 months
3) A copy of national ID card of the person who signs for service application
4) A Power of Attorney (if any)
