Conditions

• Accurately completed Global Outward Application is required, according to the details below :

  1.  Details of sender
  2.  Details of receiver :
            -  Name of receiver
            -  Address of receiver
            -  Receiving Bank
            -  Receiving Account Number
            -  Telephone Number of receiver (if any)
            -  ID Number of receiver (if any)

  3.  Purpose of money transfer
  4.  Currency and amount of money to be transfered

  * In case of incomplete or incorrect application form, the recipient may not receive the money within the same day, and the Bank shall not guarantee to refund the transfer fee to the customer.
  
  

• Applications must be submitted together with other required documents before 12:00 p.m. on any business day at any KBank branch and Corporate & SME Service Center across the country. 

• The Bank reserves the right to provide the service only on a business day of the banks involved in each country.

• All terms and conditions of China Direct are subject to the Bank’s conditions and service areas of beneficiary banks.

• Money receiving is subject to the consideration of Chinese receiving Bank.

• “Service charges” refers to fees collected by the Bank for international money transfer, excluding other expenses such as communication expenses, stamp duty, etc.

• The Bank reserves the right to end the program at any time, without giving any reason or prior notice.
