Required Documents
Individual:
- A certified true copy of your national ID card or other official proof of identity that bears your photo.
Juristic Person:
- A copy of your commercial registration (not over 1 year old) along with certified copies of list of authorized signatories and company seal (if any).
- Copies of national ID cards, passports or temporary work permits for Thailand of directors who are the authorized signatories.
Additional documentation for customers selling securities to KBank
- Physical paper of securities.
- A certified true copy of KBank deposit account.
Terms & Conditions
- Settlement within three business days in Bangkok and five business days in upcountry area
- Investments in debt instruments is subject to the terms and conditions specified in their prospectus. For example, individual investors cannot invest in bonds that are offered only to institutional investors or are non-transferable.
