Coverage and Benefits:

Cover your property;

• Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Water Damage, being crashed by Vehicles and Aircraft, Smoke,  Storm, Earthquake (include Tsunami), and hail for residence and contents in the building   with full sum insured*.
• Theft ; cover theft with a trace, robbery and gang-robbery to contents in the building including the cost of repair the building damaged from theft with actual cost not exceed 100,000 Baht/occurrence/year (indemnity not exceed 10,000 Baht/item)
• Personal Accident : If the insured is dead or total permanent disability from an accident that is covered 24 hour worldwide. The insured will receive:

-   Indemnity: 300,000 Baht
-    Credit Shield: Indemnify the outstanding debts from the insured’s Kasikornbank credit card which not  
     exceed 50,000 Baht.
-    Compensation for funeral expenses: 10,000 Baht if the insured is dead from accident or sickness.
     (Exclude death from epilepsy, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, bone and/or muscle disease,         
      cancer, AIDS which have a treatment record 2 years prior the applicable date.)


Note :* Sum Insured means the value of property that got from assessment of the residence (building) and Contents in the building.

Terms and Conditions

• Property not covered :
  - Residence has the structure of brick-wood house, wood house including asset in residence.
  - Content not covered such as cash, gold, banknote, printing form, original document, antiques etc.
  - House or building which run a business or other commercial besides residence.
• Main Exclusions
  - Damage from War, terrorism, strike, riot, nuclear and radioactive.
  - Damage from flood
