Compulsory Motor Insurance provides coverage against bodily injury/death to road accident victims. The victims shall be promptly provided compensation for:

Death, loss of organs, permanent disability up to 200,000 Baht per person
Medical expenses and actual reimbursement up to 50,000 Baht per person
