Existing K-Credit Cardholders who send an SMS to 4545888 by typing “kcard” to register shall be entitled to participate throughout the promotion period.
1. Eligibility for top spenders
1.1 Those eligible must be K-Credit Cardholders whose spending totals 250,000 Baht or higher, and must be among the first 15 top spenders during August – December 2011 and first 25 top spenders in January 2012 (except all types of corporate cards and excluding cash withdrawals and fee payment. Spending with principal and with supplementary cards will be counted separately.)
1.2 In case the number of top spenders exceeds the number of prizes as established, prize winners shall be based on the transaction dates and times recorded via the Bank’s transaction processing system (TPS).
1.3 The list of winners will be announced via www.kbankcard.com at the end of the month following the six drawings. The winners shall receive the prizes in person at KASIKORNBANK, Head Office, Rat Burana Main Branch, No. 1, Soi Rat Burana 27/1, Rat Burana Road, Rat Burana District, Bangkok within 30 days; otherwise it shall be deemed that they have renounced the right to receive the prize.
2. Eligibility for lucky draws
2.1 K-Credit Cardholders gain one lucky draw entry for every 5,000 Baht in spending through each registered card. To participate, register the card August 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012 by sending an SMS (3 Baht/SMS for participation throughout the program) to 4545888 by typing “kcard”, followed by your 16-digit K-Credit Card number. Spending shall be calculated from the day the card is registered through February 7, 2012; spending before the date of registration shall not be counted./ New cards approved August 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012 earn bonus lucky draw entries when spending reaches 5,000 Baht within 30 days from the card approval date. / New principal card applicants earn a bonus of 20 lucky draw entries; and earn additional 10 lucky draw entries (totaling 30) for K-Deposit customers eligible to the 1785-1786 program. / New supplementary card applicants earn a bonus of 10 lucky draw entries; and earn additional 10 lucky draw entries (totaling 20) for K-Deposit customers eligible to the 1785-1786 program. / Eligible spending excludes cash advance, interest, penalty fees and other fees, as well as the amount spent that has been cancelled or refunded in case of goods or service returns, with spending through principal and supplementary cards counted separately.
2.2 Details of lucky draws: Yamaha Fino: first draw on September 20, 2011; second draw on October 18, 2011; third draw on November 22, 2011; fourth draw on December 20, 2011; fifth draw on January 17, 2012; and a sixth draw on February 21, 2012, for Yamaha Fino, Mercedes Benz C 200 and other prizes. The lucky draw will be held at KASIKORNBANK, Chaeng Watthana Main Branch, 47/7 Mu 3, Popular Road, Ban Mai Sub-District, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi; and the list of winners will be announced within one week from the draw date via www.kbankcard.com. The prize presentation will be held at KASIKORNBANK, Head Office, Rat Burana Main Branch, No. 1, Soi Rat Burana 27/1, Rat Burana Road, Rat Burana District, Bangkok, except for gas coupons, which will be delivered by post to the addresses to which credit card statements are sent.
2.3 The Bank reserves the right to conduct replacement drawings in the event of unqualified winners.
2.4 In case one person wins more than one prize, that winner shall get only the prize of the highest value.
2.5 Employees of KASIKORNBANKGROUP and companies involved in the campaign are not allowed to participate.
2.6 The lucky draw is permitted under Licenses Vol.8, No. 45-50, and Vol. 9, No. 01, issued by Pak Kret District Office, Nonthaburi, dated August 28, 2011.
3. Conditions for receiving gifts
3.1 The Bank reserves the right to award prizes only to current K-Credit Cardholders who have never been in default on payment throughout the promotion period, and remain in good standing through to the time the prize is claimed.
3.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.3 Prize winners are responsible for paying a withholding tax of 5 percent of prize value and/or other expenses incurred from taking possession of the prize.
3.4 The Bank may use names, video or voice recordings, and any other details of winners for public relations purposes and/or other activities beneficial to the Bank or others as deemed appropriate by the Bank.
3.5 The Bank deems that all participating customers agree to and accept the terms and conditions for the lucky draw program, in all respects.
3.6 The Bank reserves the right to change prizes, details, terms and conditions, as well as other benefits without prior notice. In case of a dispute, the Bank’s decision shall be deemed final and definite.
