Rewards, Conditions and Methods for Redeeming Points

1.      Rewards

1.1       Royal Orchid Plus Mileage of Thai Airways International Redeem your reward point for the Royal Orchid Plus mileage of Thai Airways International, allowing you to fly to more than 800 destinations worldwide and get special privileges offered by the Star Alliance member airlines.

-  Two KBank Reward Points can be converted to one Royal Orchid Plus travel mile, with a minimum conversion of 2,000 points (for 1,000 travel miles) per transaction.

Remarks:

- For non-Royal Orchid Plus members, the Bank shall enroll you in the program automatically upon redemption of your reward points for the Royal Orchid Plus Mileage program, which will take around two weeks. A statement of your Royal Orchid Plus mileage will subsequently be mailed to your address given in the Reward Redemption Form.

- Point redemption for travel miles shall be subject to Thai Airways International’s regulations.

1.2       Flyer Bonus Point Program of Bangkok Airways Redeem your reward point for the Flyer Bonus Point Program, which offers air tickets, accommodations and other special services under the conditions of Bangkok Airways.

- 1,500 KBank Reward Points can be converted to 10 Flyer Bonus Points.

Remarks:

- For non-Flyer Bonus members, the Bank shall enroll you in the program automatically upon redemption of your reward points for Flyer Bonus points, which will take around 15 business days.

                   1.4        Cash Rebates Redeem your points for cash rebates, which will be used to help clear your bill                          in the next billing cycle.

- Every 5,000 points can be redeemed for a cash rebate of 500 Baht, which will be credited into your credit card account.

Remarks:

- You must notify the Bank that you plan to redeem your reward points for a cash rebate at least five business days prior to the statement date.

- Cash rebates cannot be exchanged for cash/cheque or transferred to other deposit accounts.

1.5        Special Reward Program Redeem your KBank Reward Point for special rewards as you desire.

1.6        Donations KBank Reward Point can be redeemed for donations to 12 charitable organizations.

1.7        KBank Instant Reward KBank Reward Point can be instantly redeemed for discounts at participating merchants under the KBank Instant Reward program.

2.      Redeeming points for rewards

-           K-Credit Cardholders holding more than one card under the same first and last name can combine the reward points earned from those cards to redeem them for rewards. (excluding KBank-AirAsia Credit Card, KBank-Carrefour Credit Card, and combined points of primary and supplementary cards, which are not allowed for point redemption.) Please completely fill in the Reward Redemption Form under the KBank Reward Point program along with your signature, which must be the same as that which appears on the reverse side of your credit card.

-           Mail the Reward Redemption Form via Business Reply Service (no stamp is required for domestic delivery); or fax to 0 2273 1616 or 0 2273 1657; or notify the Bank via K-Contact Center at tel. 0 2888 8888, press 0 to contact staff.

-           The Bank shall deduct your accumulated points from your credit card account upon receipt of your request and/or your Reward Redemption Form.

-           The Bank reserves the right to allow the redemption of points that have been earned from the card purchases of the card account with payment record in accordance with the terms and conditions as earlier agreed with the Bank; and which remains valid and in good standing as of the date of point redemption.

-           If you have already converted your KBank Reward Point to the Royal Orchid Plus mileage/Flyer Bonus Points, the Bank reserves the right to convert the mileage/points back to KBank Reward Point.

-           In case of credit card cancellation, please note that you must redeem your points as follows:

·         For gift vouchers, you have to redeem your points for gift vouchers which must then be used before canceling the credit card. (Gift vouchers must be used with presentation of a valid credit card.)

·         For the Royal Orchid Plus mileage / Flyer Bonus Points, you have to cancel the credit card after redeeming your points.

2.      Delivery of “Special Reward”

- Upon receipt of your Reward Redemption Form, the Bank shall send it to dealers for delivery of the reward by registered mail to the given address without any charge (domestic only). You will receive the reward within 15 business days from the date of our receipt of your Reward Redemption Form.

- Upon receipt of the reward, please check to determine whether it corresponds to your request. If there is any problem or discrepancy, please contact the dealers/post office directly. 

** You should provide a mailing address where there is a person who can sign for the receipt of rewards.  In case where the rewards cannot be delivered, the dealers may charge a fee for the second delivery, if requested. 

3.      Point redemption at points of sale (KBank Instant Reward)

- If you want to redeem your KBank Reward Point for purchases via credit card at a KBank EDC, you have to inform staff at participating merchants of your accumulated points. Your points can be fully redeemed for the actual spending; or you may opt to redeem only a portion of your points, and charge the rest of the spending to your credit card.  

- Your KBank Reward Point shall be automatically deducted by the EDC system, and slips will be printed out for your signature and to keep for verification.
