  • Statement delivery frequencies can be selected as desired, i.e., weekly statement, biweekly statement (every 15 days) or monthly statement.
  • For individuals, application can be made via www.kasikornbank.com or K-Contact Center at tel. 0 2888 8888 
  • For juristic person, applications can be made at the KBank branch where you have opened a deposit account.

Data Format

  • PDF file which can be saved or printed out. The printed version will be exactly the same as that shown on the screen. (Click Here)
  • CSV file which can be opened with Microsoft Excel only, and can be saved or further processed as desired.

Statement Delivery Frequency

  • A weekly statement which shows a summary from the previous week’s Tuesday to Monday of the statement week when the data is sent.  The statement will be dispatched to you on a Tuesday.
  • A biweekly statement which shows a summary from the first day of a given month to the 15th day of the same month, and next, from the 16th day of the month to the last day of the same month. The statement will be sent to you on the 1st day and the 16th day of every month.
  • A monthly statement shows a summary from the first day of the month to the last day of the month, and will be sent to you on the first day of every month.

Remark  

       If you want to stop your application or change your given information to use K-eMail Statementthrough website channel, you can inform K-Contact Center at Tel. 0 2888 8888 to close the service for your deposit account.

How to apply or use

Service Application/Data Change

For individual
    - Apply for the service via www.kasikornbank.com  (Service Application Click Here)
    - Apply for the service via K-Contact Center  Tel. 0 2888 8888 and press 3 and press 2

For Juristic person
    Customer can apply for the service at KBank branch where you opened the  account by filling out the request to  the K-eMail Statement service and submitting required documents.

Required documents

For individual account  No document is required. 
For juristic person account Required documents:
      1) A passbook (In case you apply for K-eMail Statementof savings deposit account) 
      2) A Company Affidavit of not less than 3 months 
      3) A copy of national ID card of the person who signs for service application 
      4) A Power of Attorney (if any)
