• Use it instead of cash to pay for goods or services in the same way as a credit card with the maximum limit of THB 200,000 per day at all times at more than 30 million stores across the world that accept VISA card.
• You can make a swift cash withdrawal to the maximum amount of THB 200,000 daily (THB 50,000 for initial withdrawal limit) round-the-clock at ATMs that have the signs ‘Plus’ or ‘VISA’. Wherever you go – regardless the distance, you can be sure to have cash on hand at all times.
  * Maximum withdrawal per transaction depends on ATM's owner bank limit.
• Other account funds transfer is quite easy and the daily transferable amount is up to THB 1,000,000 (THB 200,000 for initial transfer limit). In case of interbank funds transfer at K-ATM, the amount is limited to THB 100,000 daily (THB 30,000 per transfer).
  Our K-mAlert (KBank SMS service) is at your choice! The fund receiver will be advised of the transfer transaction immediately right on their mobile screen.
• Bill payments can be made to more than 600 participating merchants at any K-ATM.
• Airtime refills are available for all mobile networks, free of charge.
• Deposits can be conducted at any KBank Cash Deposit Box.
• Withdrawal or transfer limits can be adjusted as desired at K-Contact Center (not exceeding the pre-established card limit).

Types of service

    1. Immediately: You can obtain card immediately on the application date. The front of the card will be typed “PRIVILEGED MEMBER” instead of cardholder’s name
    2. General: For added security, you can stipulate name and attach photo in front of the card as required and can obtain the card within 7-10 business days after applying for the service.

Required documents

    1. National ID card or other ID cards bearing your photo and issued by competent authorities
    2. Savings account passbook
    3. A 1x 1 inch photo or a .jpg file saved in a diskette (only for the card with photo)

Terms and conditions

• You must be at least 15 years old.
• They must have a savings and/or current account of individual type or a joint account with one of the account owners eligible to make withdrawal; or a merchant account with one account name.

Service fees

Applications for the cards can be made at any KBank branch throughout the country. You need not apply for the card at the Bank where you hold an account.

• No need to carry a big amount of cash!  Simply present the card and you can buy goods and services immediately at all stores that accept VISA card.
• Be aware and up-to-date of all spending through debit card with K-mAlert service (KBank SMS service) informing you of spending details directly to your mobile phone. Apply for the service free of charge at K-ATM and K-Contact Center.
• Request the records of all purchases, such as date, merchants, amount spent in the past 3 months with the service of statement printing without any service charge at K-ATM.
• Daily limit of withdrawal, transfer and purchase can be adjusted as desired at K-Contact Center (not exceeding the pre-established card limit).
• Debit card’s PIN can be changed easily and as frequently as needed at K-ATM.
