The Board has approved a Code of Conduct that sets out the Bank’s core values relating to the lawful and ethical conduct of business. All employees shall have access to a copy of this Code of Conduct and are expected to observe high standards of integrity and fair dealings in relation to stakeholders. The Code forms part of the Bank’s compliance framework which shall include policies and standards for compliance with rules and regulations.
