CHANNEL FOR STAKEHOLDERS TO COMMUNICATE DIRECTLY TO THE BOARD ANY CONCERNS

Objectives

To provide a proper channel  for stakeholders i.e., shareholders, investors, customers, counter-parties, creditors, relating government agencies and units, and all involved parties, to make a contact or provide some useful recommendations or information, the Bank has arranged a communication procedure with the Board of Directors, as specified.

Communication Procedure

Stakeholders can communicate to the Board by identifying the sender’s name, address, telephone number, facsimile number and E-mail address (if any) and relationship with the Bank to the following address:

Independent directors will supervise the consideration and reporting processes to the Board of Directors.  As for a letter by an anonymous sender, the Bank will consider only the ones that provide useful information or recommendations for its operations.
