Type of Services

K-Facility Agent will facilitate the approval of syndicated loans in the form of project finance projects and/or syndicated lending programs, acting as the intermediary to coordinate on financial, credit and legal matters between the borrower, creditors and other related parties, such as the legal, financial and technical advisors who will give advice and supervise the operations of all parties according to the terms and conditions of the relevant agreements.
