Type of Services

This service is designed for customers who would like to issue debentures for the fund mobilization to serve their multi-purposes. The debenture holder representative will act as an intermediary between the debenture issuer and holder. Besides, the debenture holder representative will monitor the act of debenture issuer for compliance with the terms and conditions of right and duty of debenture issuer and holder and preserve debenture holder's benefit by taking care of the securities that the debenture issuers used as collateral.
