• We provide custodial services for individual and institutional customers, i.e., domestic investors who invest in domestic and/or foreign securities, as well as for foreign investors who invest in domestic (Thai) securities.
• We provide flexibility and automated technology that support various customer instruction channels, i.e., online web-based services (K-Agent & Securities Services), SWIFT, email and facsimile instructed to facilitate customers in delivering their instructions, receiving and transferring assets, and support all types of securities settlements, including those on debt, equity and other financial instruments for both domestic and overseas investments

Type of Services

• We undertake safekeeping of the customer assets by segregating them from bank assets.
• We carry out settlements and clearing on securities and cash transactions.
• We perform daily reconciliation of customers’ assets and net position against the records from the Thailand Securities Depository (TSD).
• We perform semi-annual physical counting of customer’s certificate securities.
• We carry out corporate actions processing, i.e., dividends, interest payments, rights offerings, capital increases, and other news. This accurately keeps pace with all updated news in order to manage your investment plan more effectively.
• We provide reporting through our online web-based K-Agent & Securities Services for customers to easily access, download and use the data when needed using a very high-level security system.
• We provide other related products and services including proxy voting, forex services, tax rebates, etc.
