    The Service Applicant here by certifies that the information provided in Part 1 is true and correct. The Service Applicant accepts and agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions for the service, in all respects:
    1. The Bank reserves the sole right to change and/or discontinue information of the banner anytime at the discretion of the Bank, without prior notice to the Service Applicant.
    2. The Service Applicant shall not copy and/or change the banner (regardless of form and method), and shall not use the Bank’s banner for other purposes that might lead others to perceive that the banner is the Service Applicant’s own, or create any direct or indirect damage to the Bank.
    3. The information service provided in accordance with the Service Applicant’s request is aimed only to provide convenience to the Service Applicant. The Bank shall not be responsible for any damages that happen to the Service Applicant due to the service application or due to the use of the information by the Service Applicant. The use of the information is at the discretion of the Service Applicant, who agrees to absorb all the risks derived from the use of the information.
    4. The Bank reserves the right to discontinue or change the service anytime at the discretion of the Bank, without prior notice to the Service Applicant.
